The draft is sent to you and explained line by line, with a breakdown of the costs, before anything is signed.
Signing and follow-up
Signing at the office or, where possible, electronically and remotely. The subsequent formalities are completed and your deeds are kept by the office.

How do I make an appointment with Maître Azeroual?

What documents should I bring to the first appointment?
An identity document, your family record book (livret de famille) or marriage contract where applicable, and the documents specific to your project (title deed, preliminary sale agreement, death certificate, company articles…). How are “notary fees” calculated?
They mainly consist of duties and taxes collected for the State and local authorities, disbursements advanced on your behalf and the notary’s remuneration, set by a regulated tariff that is the same throughout France. Can a deed be signed remotely?
Yes, in many cases. The electronic authentic deed allows signing at the office on a tablet, and remote appearance by video call is possible for certain deeds, under the conditions laid down by the regulations. The office will tell you which solution suits your matter.
