Every situation receives personalised advice, given in keeping with the principles of independence and impartiality that bind the notary as a public official.
You meet the notary in person, who takes the time to understand your situation and your objectives before proposing a solution. Explanations are given in plain language.
The notary advises every party to a deed with the same care. He checks, explains and secures: lasting trust is built on this rigour.
Responsive and rigorous support, based on a relationship of trust: the office keeps you informed of the main stages of your matter and remains available to answer your questions.
The notary in France. A French notary (notaire) is a public official appointed by the Minister of Justice. The notary gives authenticity to deeds (actes authentiques), keeps the originals and advises all parties impartially. Many transactions, such as the sale of a property or a marriage contract, must be executed before a notary.
A digital office
The office relies on the profession’s digital tools to make your formalities smoother and more accessible. This modern approach never replaces the human relationship.
Deeds can be signed electronically, at the office, with the same authentic value as a paper deed.
Advisory meetings and, where the regulations allow, remote signing: useful for clients who live far away or have busy schedules.
Your authentic deeds are kept by the office under the conditions set by the profession. Copies are issued on request.
